BD Abroad: Le Mans CDI3*

The following riders and horses have been selected to represent Great Britain at the Le Mans CDI3* (23 – 25 October 2015).

Big tour

Anna Ross (43) from Allington, Wiltshire with Jane Sewell’s 14-year-old De Niro-sired mare, Die Callas.

Kay Maxted (66) from Edenbridge, Kent with her own 18-year-old Gribaldi gelding, Privaldi.

Lara Griffith (26) from Cirencester, Gloucestershire with Dr Wilfried Bechtolsheimer’s 13-year-old son of Rubin Royal, Rubin Al Asad (pictured).

Laura Tomlinson (30) from Cirencester, Gloucestershire with Dr Wilfried Bechtolsheimer’s 11-year-old Carpaccio-sired mare, Unique VII.

Middle tour

Matt Hicks (42) from Whitchurch, Hampshire with Anny Bachrach’s 11-year-old German-bred gelding, Excalibur and Alison Hill’s 14-year-old Britsh-bred gelding, Sheepcote Walnut.


Small tour

Natalie Widdowson (38) from Flixton, North Yorkshire with her own 12-year-old Dutch-bred gelding, Gorgeous George IV.

Kirsty Mepham (46) from Isfield, East Sussex with Rebecca Vinter and Anne Baldock’s 12-year-old Idocus-sired mare, Minain.

Lara Dyson (32) from Healing, Humberside with her own nine-year-old Gribaldi stallion, Bodyguard Moorland.

Dan Sherriff (46) from Hertford, Hertfordshire with Litta Sohi’s ten-year-old son of Parcival, Air FK

Angus Corrie-Deane (16) from Salisbury, Wiltshire with his own 13-year-old gelding by Leuns Veld’s Lord, Hagelkruis Valentijn.

Emma Bond (14) from Sancton, North Yorkshire with her own ten-year-old Dutch-bred gelding, Rober.
