Paralympic Team Gold Medallist Simon Laurens needs your help. Since he stopping riding competitively, he needed a challenge. Being a ‘gung-ho’ sort, he didn’t chose something simple; he opted for climbing a mountain! He’s going to do it for charity too so please support him and his team in their amazing adventure.
Here’s the story in Simon’s words;
‘Last August I took up a challenge, the first part was to give up smoking, which so far is going well, the second was to climb Kilimanjaro which I will undertake mid-August this year. For those that don’t know I have MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and it is for the MS Society that I am making the climb. I think many of us know someone or are connected to someone who has MS, so if you wish to make a donation please do I would very much appreciate any support however small. You can meet the team and donate by visiting www.hiketeers4ms.co.uk which links to justgiving. Thank you!’
