Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) is delighted to announce Arbonne Independent Consultant, Julie Rowbotham, as sponsor of the Arbonne Dressage Future Elite Championship and Dressage Masterclass with Carl Hester. Friday 7 October 2016 is the date for the diaries of all dressage enthusiasts at this year’s show, when both of these popular features are set to make a welcome return.

Offering a high-end product at an affordable price, Arbonne’s health and beauty products are based on botanical principals with a Swiss heritage. They are completely pure, safe and beneficial, are not tested on animals and are vegan certified. Their range includes skincare, haircare, make-up and nutrition products, as well as luxurious bath creams and sun protection. Alongside quality product, this global company has an emphasis on creating great futures, making them the perfect partner to HOYS’ prestigious competition for young dressage horses with promising careers ahead of them.

On the evening of Friday 7 October, under the lights of the Andrews Bowen International Arena, the Arbonne Dressage Future Elite Championship will provide an excellent opportunity for British riders to showcase their up-and-coming Grand Prix horses in an international setting. All horses will be working between Advanced Medium and Intermediate I level and aged between seven and ten. Now in its fourth year, the Championship has seen some of the UK’s top dressage riders bring horses forward, including Michael Eilberg, Alice Oppenheimer and Emile Faurie. The reigning champion is Carinsio ridden by Becky Moody (pictured), who scored an impressive 77.71% last year.

Paul Graham of British Dressage added, “We’re excited that dressage has become an integral element of Horse of the Year Show. The Arbonne Dressage Future Elite Championship has proven to provide invaluable experience for Britain’s rising stars, allowing them to experience the electric atmosphere of Horse of the Year Show. Past winning combinations have continued to be successful on the international stage and this competition is becoming a super learning opportunity, known for highlighting our exciting dressage talent. ”

Taking centre stage earlier in the day, the Dressage Masterclass sponsored by Arbonne will be the perfect warm-up for the evening’s events. In this Olympic year, it is fitting to have gold medallist Carl Hester MBE host and share some of his secrets into the making of an Olympic standard Dressage performance. Friday’s audience can expect to see plenty of energy and precision riding from Carl’s team of riders and horses under his expert guidance.

Arbonne independent consultant, Julie Rowbotham said, “As Arbonne independent consultants and keen horse riders, we looked for an opportunity to bring the two elements together. HOYS is a prestigious well-known show and we felt it was the best opportunity to introduce Arbonne and be able to sponsor such high quality classes.”

Richard Todd, Show Director, added “We’re very pleased to be working with Arbonne for the first time this year. The standard of competition at HOYS is of the very highest and Arbonne hold equally high standards in all that they do.”
