A number of vacancies are currently under recruitment on our volunteer committees in the areas of Marketing, Fundraising, Para-dressage and BYRDS. With Rio on the horizon, a growing membership, the new structure bedding in and promising new season ahead, these are exciting times for British Dressage and if you have the skills needed and time to give, we’ve just the way to be an essential part of them.
We have vacancies on five committees:
Para Committee– we’re looking for a member to join the active committee under the Directorship of David Hamer
Marketing Committee– one or two new members are sought to further enhance the Committee under Julie Frizzell, we’d particularly like to hear from you if any of these are your specialty: youth engagement, PR, CRM, event planning, digital marketing and proven results on a small budget
Fundraising Committee– a new technical committee overseen by Maggie Copus for BD to explore avenues which have opened up to us since becoming a charity
BYRDS Committee– Janet Horswill is looking to recruit a member representative to the BYRDS committee so you’ll need to be actively competing under the system
Para Selector – the British Para Dressage team are record breakers – unbeaten since 1996 – and we need a new member to join this pivotal group after Rio when Juliet Seal retires.
