Join the BD Office Team

After a successful trip to the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games where our riders secured qualification for Rio and a medal haul of six gold and five silver plus membership at an all time high, there's never been a better time to join the office team at British Dressage.  We have three roles which we're recruiting for and would love to hear from you.

Team Quest and Membership Administrator

Team Quest is a new competition for British Dressage, which was introduced for the first time in 2014. Due to the overwhelming success of this initiative, an exciting new role has arisen within the organisation and we are currently looking for a dynamic person to become our Team Quest and Membership Administrator.

This is a full time permanent position, based in Meriden in the West Midlands.

Working as part of the Sport Team, this administration role will service both Team Quest and other membership packages aimed at introducing new participation in to the sport. Applicants will need to be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as familiar with social media. They should be self-motivated, have good communication skills and be able to work independently, as well as part of a team. Knowledge of affiliated dressage is desirable. Salary will be circa £17,000 per annum, subject to experience.

Finance Officer (Maternity Cover)

We are looking to recruit a Finance Officer on a temporary basis, to cover maternity leave. The successful individual will be experienced and used to working with Sage Accounts and Excel.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will have a flexible, proactive approach and enjoy working as part of a small team, with frequent liaison with other staff at all levels of the organisation. This is a full time role, to cover 35 hours per week, based in Meriden in the West Midlands.

Grading Assistant (12 month contract)

British Dressage is looking for a grading assistant on a fixed term 12 month contract. This is a full time role, based at Meriden in the West Midlands.

Working as part of the Sport Team, this is a data input and general administration role. Applicants will need to be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook and have strong attention to detail. They should be self-motivated, have good communication skills and able to work under their own initiative, as well as part of a team. Knowledge of affiliated dressage is desirable, but not essential.
