NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of BRITISH DRESSAGE will be held at the Guest Lounge, Royal Pavilion, Kenilworth, Warwickshire , CV8 2XZ, on 18th September 2014 at 6.45 pm for the purpose of considering the matters set out below.
AGENDA
Ordinary Business
The following will be proposed as Ordinary Resolutions:
1. To elect Finance Director.
2. To elect Training Director. Download a ballot paper
3. To elect Marketing Director. Download a ballot paper
4. To receive the Financial Statements of British Dressage for the year ended 31 December 2013 and the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports thereon. Download the Chairman's review and Financial statement
5. To appoint KPMG as the auditors of British Dressage and to authorise the Board to fix their remuneration.
Special Business
The following will be proposed as a Special Resolution:
6. That the Articles of Association be and hereby are amended as follows:
(i) the words “by any and all of the following means” be added to the end of Article 5.1.1 immediately after the words “healthy recreation in dressage”; and
(ii) Article 5.1.6 be deleted and Articles 5.1.7 and 5.1.8 be re-numbered accordingly.

Any member of British Dressage entitled to attend and vote at the meeting convened by this Notice is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her place. A proxy need not be a member of British Dressage. The completed proxy form must be received at the registered office not later than 48 hours before the date and time that the meeting is due to commence. Proxy forms can be obtained by writing to the Chief Executive with a stamped addressed envelope.
Voting opens today (14 July) and all eligible members that we have a valid email address for should have received an email with their personal link to vote on-line. You can vote using a paper ballot by downloading a form and posting to Mi-Voice.
