Applications are now open for the Para Dressage Rider Development session. Aimed at the novice Para rider, the session will be held a Vale View EC on 15-16 March 2014.
You do not need to be a BD member to enter and, unlike normal dressage competitions, the riders will be marked on their trainability rather than the accuracy of their test riding.
After riding their test, the riders will return to the arena in pairs for a 20-minute training and discussion session with two top Para coaches, where they can expect to discuss their personal training goals.
Riders will also be required to complete a short written test, which will be completed prior to the session and submitted on the day.
