Great Britain’s contingent of Under-21 riders has returned from France after a highly successful week of competition at Saumur CDIOY/J/P and CDIY/J/P (26 – 30 April 2017).
The Cadre Noir, France’s military riding academy set the scene and our riders, competing for the first time under sponsor banner of Team NAF, rose to the challenge amongst strong competition from across the Continent.
The Team NAF Pony quartet impressed with three plus-70% scores to land second place behind Germany, whilst the Team NAF Juniors were a close second to Switzerland and the Team NAF Young Riders were narrowly beaten into fourth.
Pony Selector Pam Bushell was quick to commend her team; “Great riding and fabulous placings! We are so very proud of you all – huge congratulations.”
