Do you ride a traditional gypsy cob, thoroughbred, Spanish horse or native pony? We’re looking for exciting and inspiring combinations to ride at this year’s British Dressage National Convention (19 – 20 November 2016)!
Sponsored by Harrison Clark Rickerbys and St John’s Chambers, the two-day training spectacular follows the theme of ‘Dressage for All’ with a host of top riders, judges and trainers examining a number of key topics to help get the best out of any combination. A fantastic opportunity for any rider looking to have their moment in the spotlight, the successful candidates will be strutting their stuff in front of the Hartpury crowd as FEI5* judge, Stephen Clarke guides you to help get the most from your equine partner.
To be considered for selection, we’re looking for the following riders:
- At least 16 years old
- Regularly achieving 68% at Novice or above on the nominated horse
- Ideally have some experience riding at a higher profile show (e.g. National Dressage Championships, Riding Club Championships, Trailblazers, HOYS, or any show where there was an audience – as you’ll be in front of a crowd at the Convention)
- Recommended by a listed judge, accredited coach, member of a regional committee or regional development officer
